The Desert Lantern , on the Charles Darwin University's Alice Springs campus, is a training restaurant for the hospitality industry.
Students get real-world experience in Hospitality and Alice Springs locals get a fine dining experience.
On Wednesday, our club booked three tables and had a very enjoyable evening of fellowship.
The seating and the low lighting, made for an intimate environment in good company.
Many thanks to Club Administration Director Michelle, who organised the evening, to Nick De Silva, lecturer and maitre d'hotel, who supervised service and to the capable students who waited on the tables.
