Senator for South Australia, Andrew McLachlan CSC (Conspicuous Service Cross), has written to Rotary clubs around Australia to congratulate them in attaining 100 years of 'Service Above Self' next year in 2021.
Senator McLachlan is also a Rotarian and member of the Rotary Club of Adelaide for 21 years.
He and fellow Senator for Western Australia, Dean Smith, moved a motion that was carried by the Australian Senate, to recognise Rotary Australia's the 100th anniversary of service in 2021 and the world wide network of business, professional and community leaders that make up Rotary International.
